Synopsis
In Punta Mogotes time seems to have stood still. This photo sequence portraits the residents of the city of Mar del Plata (400 km south of Buenos Aires, Argentina) on the beach in in January, the height of the southern summer.
Punta Mogotes, with its 4,000 meters, is one of the longest beaches in the area. It is so big that may look desert even when crowded with people of all ages and backgrounds.
